Grade 7 20 Projects

Students,
The students have 20 assignments that they must complete by the end of quarter 2 which is January 20. Each week we will have a typing skills test and I will view the project(s) that they have completed. The students goal is complete one each week. They can choose whatever project they wish to do next. They do not have to do the projects in order and they can copy all the directions and help files to their jump drive if they wish to work at home. These 20 projects are meant to be a review for their skills using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Second Semester we will concentrate on learning to use the CAD program Google Sketch-up.

Grade 8 Projects for 2010-2011

Students,

My summer goal was to create 100 projects that involved using Web 3 tools. Well so far I have made 34 and I have more to write up. So each quarter the students will choose which project they will do. We will have bimonthly typing tests to help keep their skills sharp. The students will share with me what they have done at mid-quarter for a mid-quarter grade. They will present their project to the class before the end of each quarter.

If you wish you may copy any or all the projects to your jump drive. They can be found under "Student Software" Grade 8 Projects.
